COGITORE Resources Inc. ("Cogitore" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:WOO) today announced that it has appointed Jo-Anne Archibald from DSA Corporate Services Inc. as Corporate Secretary and an officer of the Company. Ms. Archibald holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a BSc. (Honours) from the University of Guelph. She has an international accreditation (FCIS) from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, where she also serves on the Canadian Foundation's board.

The Company also announced that a total of 200,000 stock options were granted to Ms. Archibald and Mr. Carmelo Marrelli, Chief Financial Officer, as officers of the Company. All options are exercisable at a price of $0.24 per common share, which reflects the closing price of Cogitore shares on April 29, 2011. The options vest immediately and expire in five years. This grant of options is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
