(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:WOO) is very pleased to announce that the Company was awarded the prestigious "Prospector of the Year" award for its Scott Lake project by the Association de l'Exploration Miniere du Quebec ("AEMQ"), during the annual awards ceremony at "Quebec Exploration 2009", organized by the AEMQ and the Ministere des Ressources Naturelles et de la Faune du Quebec. The prize is awarded annually to underline the importance of a new discovery which has a significant impact on exploration activity on the property and surrounding region. The Scott Lake project, 100% owned by Cogitore, is located approximately 20 km west of the town of Chibougamau, Quebec. Chibougamau is a regional centre for forestry, mining and tourism.
Company management wishes to thank the communities of Chibougamau, Chapais and Ouje Bougoumou for their support of the Company's exploration activities in the area over the last several years.
