Woodruff announces name change to Cogitore Resources Inc. and appointment of new director.

TORONTO, July 10 /CNW/ - Woodruff Capital Management Inc. (WOO: TSX-V) is pleased to announce that it has received shareholder approval at its annual meeting to change its name to COGITORE RESOURCES INC. The Company's common shares will start trading under the new name on July 11, 2006. The stock symbol will remain the same. The name is being changed to more accurately reflect the mineral exploration activity that is at the core of the Company's business.

The Company is also very pleased to announce that at its annual meeting June 27, 2006, Company President Gérald Riverin was elected to the board of directors. Mr. Riverin has been the President of the Company since September, 2004.
